Adel Imam (Born May 17, 1940 in Shaha, near El Mansoura), he is a popular Egyptian actors . He is above all an Egyptian actors, but has played in more serious works and especially in his previous films, comedy combined with romance.Emam holds a degree in agriculture from Cairo University. Adel Emam is married and has three children: the young director Rami Imam, Imam Sarah and Mohamed Emam, who also played in the movie The Yacoubian building as Taha ElShazli. He is the brother of Imam Esam and Imam Imam. His brother is the late actor Mustafa Metwalli.Adel Imam said in a talk show hosted by Hala Sarhan Amin Shalaby and the late Younes Shalaby and Saeed Saleh were the best friends since college.In February 2012, Emam was sentenced (in absentia) to three months in prison for offending Islam. Imam said he would appeal the sentence. On September 12, 2012, Emam won his appeal when a court of Cai's offenses defamed Islam clarified in his films
